Techqnest 360 Business Core: Terms of Service

Welcome to Techqnest 360 Business Core. These terms outline the rules for using our integrated SaaS suite. By creating an account or accessing the system, you agree to these conditions.
1. Subscription & Multi-Tenant Access

Core Services: Techqnest 360 provides a unified suite for point-of-sale, inventory, and business management.

User Accounts: You are responsible for all activity under your "Core" instance. As an administrator, you are responsible for managing access for your own staff and sub-users.

Trial & Subscription: Access may be limited to specific tiers based on your selected plan. Techqnest Systems reserves the right to modify feature availability based on subscription status.
2. Data Handling & Privacy

Your Data: You retain ownership of all business data (sales, customer records, inventory) uploaded to your Core instance.

Data Security: While we implement industry-standard security (including regular backups and SSL encryption), you agree that you are responsible for maintaining backups of your sensitive business records.

Data Usage: We do not sell your business data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the performance and features of the Techqnest 360 platform.
3. Usage Guidelines

Platform Integrity: You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the licensing mechanisms of the Core suite.

Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Techqnest Systems is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party hosting, ISPs, or force majeure events.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand

"Techqnest 360" Brand: The platform name, logo, and associated digital architecture are proprietary assets of Techqnest Systems. Use of the system does not grant you rights to the underlying code or intellectual property of the "Core" framework.
5. Limitation of Liability

The Techqnest 360 Business Core is provided "as is." Techqnest Systems is not liable for loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

Any support services provided are at the discretion of the Techqnest Systems support team.
6. Termination of Service

Violation of these terms—including unauthorized redistribution of the platform, non-payment, or illicit use of the software—will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your "Core" instance without refund.
